BITAC was such a high-level productive format that was a great investment of time. I made substantial new vendor contacts, and have already been in touch with a few of them related to current projects. BITAC makes me rethink ever attending other 'typical' hospitality trade shows - they are simply too chaotic and not nearly as productive.
